Found Something
In the drive-way there are a lot of little ant holes.
Thank goodness they are not fire ants. I did have a few mounds in my yard, but hopefully the Over and Out will keep them out. I still have fire ants in the pasture, but if I can keep them out of the yard, I'll settle for that.

I love your clematis!
Hubby speculates that those holes are made by 'bullet' ants, or they are where cicadas hatch out.
I know how you feel about fire ants. I need to look for that Over and Out.
