New Years Eve

It's New Years Eve and it its 75*. The first of the week we had a low of 17*. Of course, this kind of weather brings on tornadoes. The cold is coming back tonight and tomorrow. I heard it will be in the twenties for lows in a couple of more days.
These are some blooms and baby limes on my key lime tree.
I saw a honey bee and a couple of lady bug in my little green house. I went to get the camera; you got it. They were gone by the time I got back out.

So I got a few pictures of the Goldfinches. They are yumming it up.

When it is cold, there will be about eight to ten on each sock. I also have different feeders and a sunflower seed feeder. I do like to watch the birds and see what all kind of breeds I get.
I hope everyone has a Happy New Year!!

Wimps that we are we are freezing as the temperatures drop into the low 40s daytime and into the 30s at night.

Our yard still has insects for the birds so we let them work for their food. :-)

Linda, I have thistle seed in the socks. Those cute little things just hang on there and pull it out.
